G-Technology, a brand of Hitachi Global Storage, introduces the new G-DRIVE slim portable storage companion for the Apple Macbook, MacBook Pro or Macbook Air. Based on Hitachi’s rugged 7mm Travelstar Z5K320 drive, the G-DRIVE slim is the thinnest portable hard drive in the world, measuring just 9.9mm thick.
G-Technology’s new 2.5-inch USB 2.0 external hard drive has up to 320GB capacity. The drive offers operating shock protection and quiet acoustics, and is USB-powered, eliminating the need for extra power cord. It is compatible with Time Machine.
