Lenovo’s November Personal Systems Reference sheet reveals the PC maker’s latest IdeaPad U260 ultra portable notebook PC. Boosted by Intel Core i3/i5 dual core processor, the U260 sports 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive and integrated Intel HD graphics with HDMI connector. It has a magnesium-aluminum alloy casing and is just 18mm thick.

Motorola officially announced its DROID 2 GLOBAL Android smartphone with support for CDMA 800/1900, CDMA EV-DO Rev. A 800/1900 , WCDMA 850/1900/2100, and quad-band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 networks. The World Edition DROID 2, like the original DROID/Milestone and DROID 2, has a side-slide QWERTY keyboard and a 3.7-inch 480×854 capacitive touchscreen.

Verizon Wireless launches the Samsung Zeal, a flip-style dual-hinger messaging mobile phone with an E-ink QWERTY keypad. Open the Zeal vertically as a flip phone and it has a traditional numeric keypad and can change to an alpha-only keypad, while in the landscape mode, the Zel has a QWERTY keypad for quick messaging. It has a color main display, an external display and a 2 Megapixel camera with auto focus and camcorder.

Kingston launches its new SSDNow V100 affordable consumer solid state drive, the latest in the company’s SSDNow family. The new V100 series use 2.5-inch form factor and SATA 1.5Gbps/3Gbps interface.
