Asus unveiled at the CES 2011 its Eee Pad MeMO, a 7-inch tablet device that will ship with Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS, like the Motorola XOOM. Powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon 8260 dual core processor, the MeMO comes with a 7-inch 1024×600 capacitive touchscreen display. It is also equipped with a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.2 Megapixel front camera. The tablet supports 1080p Full HD video playback and has a micro HDMI output.

The Asus Eee Pad MeMO is accompanied by a stylus pen for taking handwritten notes. It also comes pre-loaded with Media Note note-taking app and Painter app for drawing using the stylus. Coming in June, Asus will sell the Eee Pad MeMO at $499.
