Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX10 Rugged Digital Camera with 3D Photo Capture

Sony is going to launch a new rugged digital camera, the Cyber-shot DSC-TX10 that is not only waterproof, shockproof, dustproof and freeze-proof, fitting your active lifestyle, but also with a stylish design. The TX10 offers 3D photo capture and 3D Sweep Panorama capabilities. It also records Full HD 1080/60i video
Sony’s DSC-TX10 sports a 16.2 Megapixel back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor and a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar Lens with 25mm equivalent wide 4x Optical Zoom. It includes Backlight Correction HDR features that helps correct for this by taking three pictures at different exposure settings and processing the best elements of all three into a single image for more natural looking shots. Other features include Optical SteadyShot image stablization, Background Defocus, Superior Auto mode, Face Detection, Motion Detection, Smile Shutter, Anti-blink, Anti-Motion Blur Mode, Soft Skin mode.
The Cyber-shot DSC-TX10 comes with a 3-inch touchscreen LCD display and offers HDMI output. It packs also the TransferJet technology for file transfer between compatible devices. The camera comes in silver, black, blue, yellow, and pink and is available for pre-order at Amazon for $329.99.
