Samsung adds to its NX range the new NX11 mirrorless digital camera with i-Function, which is the successor to the NX10. The new NX11 is compatible with Samsung’s new i-Function lenses that were introduced for the NX100. It uses Samsung NX mount.
The Samsung NX11 features 14.6 Megapixel APS-C CMOS image sensor, super sonic drive, a VGA 640×480 Electronic Viewfinder (EVF), electronically controlled vertical-run focal plane shutter, and a 3-inch AMOLED display. The camera offers lens shift image stabilization, face detection, Smart Auto mode, Beauty Shot and Smart Flash function. The NX11 record 720p HD video in H.264 MP4 format at 30fps.
Samsung will release the NX11 mirrorless camera in February for $649, bundled with an 18-55mm i-Function lens. The company will also release two more i-Function lenses, the 20-50mm F3.5-5.6 ED Black/Silver lens, and the 20mm F2.8 Black/Silver pancake lens.
