NEC announced its new PA600X, PA550W, PA500U and PA500X professional projectors ideal for corporate conference rooms and large classrooms that require an installation projector. The PA600X and PA500X offer XGA resolution and the PA550W has WXGA resolution while the PA500U delivers WUXGA. They provide up to 6000 lumens brightness and up to 4000 hours of lamp life.
NEC’s new projectors feature Integrated Device Technology HQV, a high-performance video processing and scaling system for superior image quality using the technology’s pixel-based, motion-adaptive de-interlacing to remove undesirable motion artifacts. They also include stacking capability up to 4 projectors and the 3D Reform technology that squares the image by adjusting horizontally, vertically or diagonally when the projector is placed at an off-set angle. All of them support DICOM Simulation and Edge Blending technology to create panoramic images with multiple projectors
Other features include Windows Network Projector Function, Windows Remote Desktop Function and Windows Network Drive and Media Connection functions.The PA600X, PA550W, PA500U and PA500X projectors will be available in March 2011 at an estimated street price of $3,999, $3,399, $5,499 and $3,199 respectively.
