Casio expands its short-throw projector family with two new models, the XJ-ST155 and XJ-ST145 with the company’s new Laser & LED Hybrid Light Source. Based on DLP display technology, the ST155 and ST145 features 1024×768 resolution, 1800:1 contrast ratio and 16.77 million colors reproduction. With the Hybird Light Source that offers 20,000 hours of life, the former has 3000 ANSI lumens brightness and the latter offers 2500 ANSI lumens. They can produce a 60-inch image from 2.64 ft distance.
The XJ-ST155 and XJ-ST145 both support DLP 3D projector, Intelligent Brightness Control, Interactive Whiteboard and Pointing function. They also have Ethernet LAN and WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity and includes the MobiShow feature that allows users to make presentations wirelessly via any WiFi-enabled devices.
Casio’s new short-throw projectors offer HDMI, D-sub, composite, component and S-video inputs. There are also USB ports and mini D-Sub 9-pin control terminal.
