Super Talent TeraDrive PT3 SATA III SSD with SandForce 2200 Controller

In addition to the DuraDrive AT3 SSDs for harsh environment, Super Talent also brings the new TeraDrive PT3 SATA 3.0 solid state drive. The new PT3 features SandForce 2200 SSD controller as well as Double Data Rate, ONFiTM flash to offer “a significant leap in performance over drives offered just a few months ago”.
The TeraDrive PT3 comes in 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB densities. It breaks the 500MB/s barrier in both Read and Write scores.
