FujiFilm FinePix F600 EXR 15x Zoom Digital Camera

FujiFilm launches a new long-zoom digital camera, the FinePix F600 EXR with 15x optical zoom. Featuring a 16 Megapixel EXR-CMOS image sensor, the camera is equipped with a 24-360mm 15x wide-angle optical zoom lens. The new sensor combines Back Side Illuminated CMOS (BSI-CMOS) and EXR technologies to deliver superb results across a wide range of lighting conditions.
The FinePix F600 EXR includes mechanical image stabilization, high ISO sensitivity up to 12800 and the new Motion Detection capability to tackle motion blue, and EXR Auto mode that will select the best option to shoot the photo. The camera also offers EXR DR (Dynamic Range) priority mode where two images are captured and then merged together to produce superb results on high contrast scenes.
Another main feature of the F600 EXR is its built-in GPS functionality with Landmark Navigator that help photographers pin-point locations. Thanks to GPS and Landmark Navigator, the camera automatically locates places of interest from its on-board database of around one million locations before displaying these points on the camera’s LCD, showing their relative position, distance from your current spot and type of location depending on a range of category icons.
FujiFilm’s new 15x zoom camera supports recording in RAF RAW format and offers P, A, S, M exposure modes as well as Scene modes, Pro Low-Light and Pro Focus modes, Film Simulation mode and Motion Panorama 360 mode. It does Full HD 1080p video recording and offers HDMI output. SD/SDHC and SDXC memory cards are supported.
The F600 EXR comes in black, white, red and champagne gold, and the black model gets rubberised body coating. You can pre-order the camera for $349.95 at Amazon.com. FujiFilm also releases the FinePix F605 EXR that lacks GPS capability.
