AT&T launches the Huawei Impulse 4G Android smartphone, which is the carrier’s first smartphone from Huawei. Though with 4G in its name, the phone doesn’t support 4G LTE network but quad-band HSPA network with up to 14.4Mbps. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM7230 with Scorpion 800MHz processor.
The Impulse 4G features a 3.8-inch 800×480 touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, flash and 720p HD video recording, GPS support as well as Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. The Android devices also has a microSD card slot for expansion.
The Huawei Impulse 4G is available from AT&T for $29.99 with a 2-year contract.
