AAXA Technologies, known for pico projectors, expands its lineup with the new P4 pico projector, which is the world’s brightest battery-powered projector. The new P4 is equipped with a Triple RGB LED light engine and Vibrant-Color technology to deliver ultra-bright 80 lumens brightness. The LED engine has up to 15,000 hours of life.
The AAXA P4 features WVGA (854×480) native resolution and 2000:1 contrast ratio and is able to project up to 80-inch images. Running Windows CE 6 Core, the projector offers media playback functionality. It can open Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as TXT files and supports playback of MP4, MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, AVI, WMV, SMV, BMP, JPG, GIF files. The pico projector provides VGA and composite A/V inputs, a 3.5mm audio out, a full size USB 2.0 with USB HOST support, and a 5-pin mini USB 1.1 connectors. It comes with 2GB onboard memory and suppots microSD/SDHC memory cards. You can also find built-in 1-watt speaker.
AAXA P4′s Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery provides 75+ minutes of use. It is priced at $339. Tripod, remote control, AV cable, USB adapter and wall charger are included.
