QPAD introduces two new keyboards, the MK-85 and MK-50. Designed for gamer, the MK-85, successor to the MK-80, is the world’s first mechanical keyboard offering full N-key rollover via USB. It utilizes Cherry MX Red switches that operate with an actuation point of 2mm and require a pressure of 45g for the key to register a stroke. Using QPAD’s technology, the keyboard allows all the functionality of the board, such as USB hub, the red backlight and the full N-key roll over, through the use of just one single USB cable.
The QPAD MK-50 is a stripped down MK-85. It comes without the red backlight, programmable keys and extra audio, USB connectors. The MK-85 will be available in December for Euro 149.90 and the MK-50 in November for Euro 79.90.
