For lovers of vintage video games, here comes with Retrode, a retro gaming adapter designed to revive good old 16-bit times on your computer/smartphone/tablet, using your original cartridges and controllers. The device has cartridge slots for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and Nintendo SNES/SFC games and ports for connecting Sega and SNES controllers.
Noted that you still need to install an emulator on your computer to play games, though the adapter offers driverless operation on any USB host, under any OS. The Retrode connects to computer via USB. It measures 162mm x 80mm x 42mm and weighs just 220g. It is priced at US$85.
