LG introduces its first LTE-capable tablet device, the Optimus Pad LTE running Android. Instead of the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the LTE tablet is running the 2.3 Honeycomb. It is powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor and comes with 32GB internal storage. According to LG, it is also world’s first tablet to support an SD memory card expandable to 32GB.
The Optimus Pad LTE feaures a 8.9-inch True HD 1280×768 IPS touchscreen display, a 8 Megapixel rear camera and a 2 Megapixel front camera, HDMI output, DLNA support as well as Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. It comes with a 6,800mAh battery.
