Along with the powerful quad-core PF100 and T98 tablets, ZTE also introduced four dual-core Android tablets – V96, V9S, V68 and V66. Both V68 and V66 support 4G LTE and CDMA mobile networks, while the V96 supports quad-band GSM/EDGE, quad-band UMTS/HSPA+ 42Mbps and 4G LTE networks, and the V9S supports only quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band UMTS/HSPA 14Mbps.

ZTE PF100

Other than smartphones, ZTE also brings tablets to the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012. Two quad-core tablets have been introduced, the PF100 and the T98, both powered by Tegra 3 1.5GHz quad-core processor featuring the fifth battery save core, 1GB of RAM and 16GB onboard memory. They will be shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

At the MWC 2012, ZTE introduces four new smartphones that are heading to the Europe market, including the Skate Acqua, Kis, Blade II and the previously announced Mimosa X. Sierra Wireless introduces three new LTE mobile hotspots, the AirCard 760S, AirCard 762S and AirCard 763S, each intended for different markets. These new mobile hotspots can share 4G LTE high-speed connection to up to 10 WiFi devices at the same time. While ZTE has the ultra thin Era, another Chinese company Huawei also announced its quad-core smartphones, the Ascend D quad series. Boosted by Huawei’s K3V2 quad-core processor, the Ascend D quad comes with Android 4.0 ICS. It features a 4.5-inch 720p HD touchscreen with 330dpi density for clear display, and is equipped with 32-bit true color graphics processor.
