Targus ACA039US USB 3.0 Dual-head Video Adapter

Targus launches the USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Dual Video Adapter (model ACA039US), which is basically a dual-head USB 3.0 video card allowing users to add two external monitors to notebook instantly. Utilizing DisplayLink’s DL-3000 chip, the dual-head video adapter supports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface and provides DVI-I and HDMI outputs. It supports up to 2048×1152 resolution.
The HDMI port of the Targus ACA039US integrates audio to provide both audio and video through a single connection. It comes with a DVI-I to VGA adapter and a HDMI to DVI-D adapter. To be released soon, Targus’ USB 3.0 dual-head video adapter will be priced at $99.99.
Targus will also release the ACA038US USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Video Adapter that provides only DVI-I output supporting up to 2048×1152 resolution. The $79.99 single-head USB 3.0 video card will come with a DVI-I to VGA adapter.
