Pantech expands its Vega line the new S5 Android smartphone with a large 5-inch touchscreen display. The handset is powered by Qualcomm’s SnapDragon MSM8960 dual-core processor with integrated multi-mode 3G/LTE modem and Adreno 225 GPU. Its 5-inch screen uses IPS panel and features 1280x720p resolution, and the super slim bezel makes the big-screen phone more portable. It also sports 13 Megapixel camera and includes Tracking Focus and Zero Shutter Lag.
The Vega S5 comes with 16GB internal memory and packs T-DMB digital TV tuner. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and includes Smart Voice, Picture-in-Picture function and Screen Link for sharing screen on a TV. The S5 has a 2100mAh battery for up to 11 hours of talk time. It comes in black and white and will be released by SK Telecom.
