JBL introduces three new all-in-one soundbars, the Cinema SB100, SB200 and SB400, to bring surround sound performance to flat-panel TVs ranging from 32-inch to over 46-inch. All of them are built to offer high-quality sound for movies, music and gaming. To deliver great performance, the SB100 has an RCA port for adding a separate powered subwoofer, the SB200 has a built-in subwoofer, and the SB400 comes with a separate wireless subwoofer. They have dual-position equalization to optimize performance whether the soundbar is wall-mounted or placed on a table.
JBL’s Cinema SB100 is a 2×30-watt soundbar with two woofers, two tweeters and an amplifier. It uses Harman’s Display Surround digital signal processing technology to create a virtual surround-sound experience, and features Bass Boost to increase low-frequency performance.
The Cinema SB200 houses two woofers, two tweeters, an amplifier and subwoofer and delivers 2×60-watt output. It is ideal for use with flat-screen TV between 32-inch to 40-inch. The soundbar features Dolby Digital Decoding to decodes film soundtracks in their native format, and HARMAN Display Surround to deliver a 3D listening experience from only two channels as well as Bass Boost. The SB200 also include Bluetooth connectivity for wireless music streaming from Bluetooth-enabled devices such as iPhone/iPad, Android smartphones, tablets, MP3 players, notebooks. It works with JBL’s free AmpUp and MusicFlow apps.
Lastly, the Cinema SB400 is a 2.1-channel soundbar system with 2×60-watt output designed for 46-inch or larger HDTVs. Inside the ultra thin enclosure, you can find two woofers, two tweeters and an amplifier, and a 8-inch 200-watt wireless subwoofer is shipped with the soundbar. The separate bass control allows users to change subwoofer output. Like the SB200, the SB400 is also capable of wireless music streaming using Bluetooth. It also works with JBL’s AmpUp and MusicFlow free apps.
The JBL SB100, SB200 and SB400 soundbars are priced at $199, $299 and $549, respectively.
