HTC is expanding its Desire line with another entry-level smartphone. Called Desire 200, the sleek handset features Beats Audio and comes with in-ear headset to deliver high-quality sound. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm SnapDragon S1 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. It has 4GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for expansion.
The new Desire comes with a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display and a 5 Megapixel camera. The affordable handset is not able to capture Full HD video but only VGA video. There are built-in digital image filters for adding effects to photos. Like HTC’s other Android phone, the phone includes HTC Sense. It works on HSPA 3.5G mobile networks and supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and AGPS/GPS connectivity.
