NTT DoCoMo will launch in Summer the Fujitsu LOOX F-07C Windows 7 Handset, a landscape slider smartphone dual-booting Windows 7 and Symbian. The device features a 4-inch 600×1024 touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel auto-focus camera with face detection and a 0.3 Megapixel front camera for video chat. To handle Windows 7 Home Premium, the Fujitsu F-07C sports an Intel Atom 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB eMMC SSD storage.

The F-07C supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n and offers microSD/SDHC memory card slot. It provides up to 60,000 hours of standby time on 3G and 370 minutes of talk time on 3G. The Windows 7 Handset measures 125x61x19.8mm and weighs 218g. It comes in Navy Black. The phone comes pre-loaded with Office Personal 2011.

NTT DoCoMo is going to release Fujitsu LOOX F-07C in June/July.

Panasonic introduces the newest Toughbook U1 Ultra, a fully rugged ultra-mobile PC that meets MIL-STD-810G and IP65 standards for environmental conditions, and is able to withstand a drop of 6 feet from any angle. Handheld Group announced the new Algiz 7 rugged mobile tablet PC. The device meets the MIL-STD-810G military standard for withstanding humidity, vibration, drops and extreme temperatures and is IP65 certified for water and dust resistant.

Boosted by Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor, the Algiz 7 gets 2GB of DDR2 RAM, 64GB solid state drive and integrated graphics. It comes with a 7-inch widescreen 1024×600 LCD MaxView sunlight readable resistive touchscreen display, a 2 megapixel camera with LED light and 4+1 Navigation/directional keys. Motom Technology, based in Nanjing, China, introduces the M7 7-inch mobile internet device. Powered by Intel’s Atom Z510 1.1GHz processor, the M7 sports 1GB of RAM and a 32GB hard drive. It comes with a 7-inch 1024×600 touchscreen display, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and an optical touchpad.

If Fujitsu’s Lifebook T900 is still too big for you, let’s look at the company’s another offering, the Lifebook UH900 5.6-inch netbook with multitouch. Powered by Intel’s Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and integrated GMA 500 graphics, the UH900 comes with a 30GB or 62GB SSD for storage.

The Lifebook UH900 has a 5.6-inch WXGA multitouch display. It is equipped with built-in GPS receiver with Garmin Mobile PC. Bluetooth and Atheros XSPAN Wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n can be expected. The ultra compact notebook includes also a SD card slot, a 0.78 Megapixel webcam, one speaker.

Fujitsu Lifebook UH900 runs Windows 7 Home Premium. The original price is $999, but it’s currently selling at $840, after $100 mail-in rebate and $50 off.

At the CES 2010, Steven Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft, showed HP Slate prototype device. The Slate runs Windows 7 and supports multitouch. No details are available yet, but we expect the Slate to powered by Intel’s Atom platform. After the break you can see two video of the device.

Remember ViewSonic’s VPC08, a device that combines mobile phone and MID, like the xpPhone? 163 mobile shows us a video preview on the VPC08, which gets a 2-inch display and standard number keys as a phone, and a 4.3-inch display and QWERTY keyboard as a MID.

ViewSonic VPC08 sports an Intel Atom Z500 processor, 512MB RAM and 8GB SSD. It supports EVDO 3G as well as WiFi. The MID part runs Windows XP.

Finally ITG’s xpPhone gets a price. According to engadget, the device will cost from 3,000 – 4,500 Chinese Yuan (US$440-$660). The xpPhone sports AMD’s low voltage processor, 512MB RAM and up to 32GB SSD. It has a 4.8-inch 800×480 touchscreen and supports Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA EVDO connectivity. It comes in silver, black, red and white.

As reported, Dell has made its Mini 5 tablet official but no details of the Android device has been announced. In order to know more about the device, Vietnamese site, tinhte.com has disassembled the Dell Mini 5.

Not really surprise, the Android tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s 1GHz SnapDragon processor. It has two microSD card slot and a 3G SIM card slot. There is also a bigger 1,530mAh battery.

As reported before Cowon is going to release the W2 mobile internet device. Now, the company’s Korean site has listed the specifications fo the device. Powered by an Intel Atom 1.33GHz processor, the MID gets 1GB of RAM and a 1.8-inch hard drive.

Cowon’s W2 has a 4.8-inch 1024×600 touchscreen LCD and supports Bluetooth and WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity. It includes built-in speaker, microphone and offers TV-out and VGA out. The W2 runs Windows 7 Starter/Home Premium.

Dell confirmes the rumored 5-inch Android tablet concept, called the Mini 5, joining the Mini 3 smartphone and Mini netbooks. The Mini 5 gets a 5-inch multitouch touchscreen and a 5 Megapixel main camera and a front camera. Other than WiFi, the 5-inch tablet supports 3G network as well.

Viliv officially announced two new compact netbook/MID/UMPC, the N5 Go-Everywhere PC and the S10 Blade multitouch tablet PC. Both devices are based on Atom processor and can be equipped with support for HSPA, TD-SCDMA, EVDO, WiMAX 4G connectivity.

The Viliv N5 is a compact netbook with a 4.8-inch 1024×600 touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard. It sports an Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB SSD for storage. It gets integrated GPS navigation, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and a microSD card slot.

Viliv’s S10 Blade, on the other hand, is a netbook tablet with a 10.1-inch swivel LCD display with 1366×768 resolution and multitouch. It is equipped with Atom Z530 1.6GHz or Z550 2GHz processor, 1GB of memory and up to 128GB SSD. The Blade has QWERTY keyboard as well. The battery allows up to 10 hours of use.

Cowon is planning a new mobile internet device called the W2. Showed in a teaser page, the Cowon W2 is boosted by an Intel Atom 1.33GHz processor and comes with a 4.8-inch 1024×600 touchscreen. The W2 supports Bluetooth and WiFi wireless connectivity as well as Ethernet. It will run Windows 7.

SmartDevices releases its SmartQ V5 HD Mobile Internet Device in China for 1099 Chinese Yuan (US$162). The V5 is boosted by a 600MHz ARM processor, 256MB of RAM and 2GB internal memory. It runs Android OS and is capable of 1080p video playback.

The SmartQ V5 comes with a 4.3-inch 800×480 touchscreen and supports WiFi and Bluetooth. Other than Android, user can also switch Ubuntu or Windows CE.

Chinese company Shenzhen Seed Industrial has built the HT560 5.6-inch UMPC/MID. The device is powered by a VIA C7 1GHz processor, 1GB of memory and a 16GB SSD. It’s 5.6-inch touchscreen has 800×480 resolution.

The HT560 supports WiFi and can be equipped with Bluetooth, CMMB digital TV and GPS receiver. It includes a 1.3 Megapixel camera, a SD card slot, built-in speakers and two USB 2.0 ports. The UMPC runs Windows XP.

Onkyo launches in Japan the new BX407A4 ultra mobile PC. The clamshell device gets a 4.8-inch 1024×600 LCD display and QWERTY keyboard. The BX407A4 is basically a rebadge of the UMID mbook m2. It sports an Intel Atom Z515 1.2GHz processor, 512MB RAM and onboard GMA 500 graphics.

The BX407A4 has 32GB SSD and a microSD/SDHC storage. It gets a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and supports WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Windows XP Home SP3 is the OS.

At a event in Beijing, RAmos showed its W7 mobile internet device, which is based on the Google Android 1.5 OS. In fact, the W7 looks like a enlarged version of iPod touch. It is equipped with WiFi and optional 3G connectivity.

The RAmos W7 features a 4.8-inch 800×480 capacitive touchscreeen and supports playback of MP3, WMA, MKV, AVI, VOB, MPG, FLV and RMVB files. It supports Adobe Flash. The W7 is a bit bigger than the iPhone but is thinner.

A UK-based company called PsiXpda introduces its first product, which is an UMPC with the same name, PsiXpda. The PsiXpda claims to be “your ultimate pocket computer”. The device, in fact, is not a new product, but  just a rebadged version of the DigiCube MIDPhone-50 or Eking S515.

PsiXpda comes with a stylish and sleek design. It gets a 5-inch touchscreen with 800×480 resolution and a sliding QWERTY keyboard. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth. Buyers may also add WCDMA, CDMA EVDO or TD-SCDMA 3G/3.5G modules.

The PsiXpda UMPC is boosted by an Intel Atom Z510 1.1GHz processor.It packs 1GB of RAM, GMA500 onboard graphics and a 160GB hard drive. There are also microSD card slot, a VGA webcam, built-in speaker and microphone. Windows XP OS is pre-loaded. It is available in White and Black.

Fujitsu announced the LifeBook UH900, an ultra compact, ultra lightweight handheld PC/MID/netbook (or whatever you call it) with multitouch. The UH900 gets a 5.6-inch “vivid glare screen” with 300nit brightness and WXGA resolution. The screen is sunlight readable. It runs Windows 7 and includes multitouch support.

The LifeBook UH900 is equipped with an Intel Atom Z530 processor and 62GB SSD. It comes with integrated support for 3.5G mobile network. You can also find a QWERTY keyboard, webcam, stereo microphone and Bluetooth. The pocket-sized device measures 204 x 106.5 x 23.8mm and weighs less than 500g. It will come in Mocha Black, Fiery Red and Vintage Gold in glossy finish.
