Verizon Wireless introduces the Jetpack EuFi890 by ZTE, a 4G LTE mobile hotspot for sharing high-speed 4G network to WiFi devices. The compact Jetpack features a OLED display and an interactive keypad for connection mangement and settings. It supports download speeds of 5 to 12Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5Mbps in Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Mobile Broadband coverage areas.

The ZTE EuFi890 Jetpack not only 4G LTE, but also quad-band EDGE, HSPA and Verizon’s CDMA 3G network, making it a true Global Ready mobile hotspot so customers can enjoy wireless data services in more than 205 countries. The device can share 4G connections to up to 10 WiFi-enabled devices and supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 and VPN pass-through.

Cisco updates its Linksys E4200 router, introducing the E4200 v2 wireless N router. TP-Link TL-MR3020

TP-Link announced the new TL-MR3020, a portable 3G/3.75G wireless N router that connects to the Internet via 3G/3.75G cellular network and share the connection via WiFi. The router has a compact design, making it ideal for travel. It works with USB 3G modems, supporting UMTS/HSPA/EVDO mobile networks.

Other than serving as 3G router with USB port, the device also has WAN port for use as an ordinary wireless router. Toshiba announced its FlashAir (THNSW008GAA-A), the world’s first SDHC memory card with embedded wireless LAN capability. While the EyeFi SD cards can upload photos from digital camera to computer wirelessly, the FlashAir allows users to upload and download photographs to and from a server and to exchange photographs and other data with other devices, including digital cameras that are FlashAir compliant and, smartphones and PCs that support WiFi. ZyXEL announced the new NBG5715 simultaneous dual-band, 450Mbps wireless-N router.
