A Japanese company called Strapya launches its Music Card MP3 player that is about the size of a credit card. The Music Card has 2GB internal memory and supports MP3 and WMA audio files. It provides a 2.5mm jack, instead of 3.5mm and comes with a 3.5mm adapter so you can still use your own headphones.

The Music Card’s battery allows up to 15 hours of playback and can be recharged via USB. The card player is available in six versions, Casette Tape, Chocolate, Gold Credit Card, Strawberry Chocolate, Vintage Camera and White Chocolate. It is priced at 2400 Yen.

Korean PMP maker SAFA launches the XING LED portable audio player. The player comes with 27 LED lights that can display various icons or icons you create. The LEDs even let you play simple games like DICE and the game of paper, stone and scissors.

SAFA’s XING LED has four touch buttons and built-in G-sensor for music control. It offers 12 hours of play time.

Philips introduces the GoGear SA018 MP3 player that comes with a built-in clip for easy wear. You may found the GoGear SA018 a bit lit Apple’s iPod shuffle, but it actually does better, offering built-in radio.

SanDisk presents the Sansa Clip+ portable MP3 player, replacing the Sansa Clip. The Sansa Clip+, in addition to onboard memory, now comes with a microSD card slot that is compatible with slotRadio and slotMusic music cards as well as any standard microSD cards loaded with music.

The Sansa Clip+ features a OLED with a simple user interface, built-in FM tuner, and a wearable clip for hands-free portability. It supports MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis and Audible files. The player does also voice recording with its microphone.

Here is the Wiipod portable music player created by goteking, a Japanese. The Wiipod, to a certain extent, can’t not be regarded as a mod. Basically, a fake iPod shuffle 2G is crammed in the battery compartment of the Wiimote.

French company Archos presents the Clipper, a tiny MP3 player that serves as “a must have accessory to take with you – when your at the gym, running between lessons or commuting to the office.” The Clipper weighs less than 0.5oz and has a compact design with a black finish. It supports MP3 and WMA audio formats and offers 2GB storage capacity.

Archos Clipper has built-in battery providing up to 11 hours of music playback. It uses USB 2.0 interface. It is priced at GBP19.99.

Sony Japan introduces the new Walkman NWZ-B142F portable music player with the ZAPPIN function. The ZAPPIN plays five-second clips from the middle of tracks, which allows you to find songs easily without looking at the screen.

The NWZ-B142F has 2GB itnernal memory and supports MP3 and WMA audio files. It has a 3-line LCD display and a USB 2.0 connector. You can also expect FM tuner and voice recording function.

Taiwan’s G.T. Internet Information introduces the Podio, a multipurpose outdoor MP3 player/speaker. The Podio has 2GB internal memory and a 1.5-watt speaker. The player can be placed in the pocket, put on neck, fixed on the bike handle to be the specific bike-used speaker.

Podio supports MP3 and WMA files. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The integrated battery offers up to 60 hours. Podio measures 88 x 37 x 37 mm and weighs 139.
