Transcend launches its new SSD720 series SATA III solid state drive with a ultra slim 7mm form factor to address limitations of ultra thin notebooks. The 2.5-inch SSD720 is driven by SandForce’s SSD controller and delivers up to 550MB/s read and 500MB/s write speeds using the SATA III 6Gbps interface. It is also compatible with SATA I/II interface.

The Transcend SSD720 includes built-in ECC protection for long data retention and Intelligent Block Management and Wear Leveling for increased lifespan of the SSD. TRIM command and Native Command Queuing (NCQ) are also included for optimum performance, and the S.M.A.R.T command for monitoring health status of the SSD.

Fujitsu releases in Japan its new STYLISTIC M350/CA2 Android tablet for the enterprise market. The 7-inch tablet is powered by a Freescale i.MX 53 Cortex A8 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. It has a 7-inch 1024×600 touchscreen and offers mini HDMI output allowing business users to bring their presentations on a bigger screen easily.

The STYLISTIC M350/CA2 comes with the NX! input powered by ATOK to boast high speed and high accuracy in recognizing kanji characters. It supports Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity. Its Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS may disappoint you though.

Canon announced in Europe the new PIXMA MG4150 affordable wireless all-in-one printer for families and students. ViewSonic launches a new LED-backlit LCD display, the VX2336s-LED based on super clear Xtreme View IPS technology for wider viewing angle and better unoformity. The new monitor features 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, a mega dynamic contrast ratio at 20,000,000:1, LED-backlight, and 250ms response. Thanks to IPS panel, the display provides 178/178-degree viewing angle.

The ViewSonic VX2336s-LED has a wall-mounted design, compliant with 100mm x 100mm VESA.
