Apple has announced the iPhone but you have to wait till June if you are to get the phone. Here is a video from engadget giving a first look on the phone.

The Apple iPhone features a 3.5-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 320 x 480 at 160 ppi, a 2 Megapixel camera, WiFi 802.11b/g, EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0. As an extension of the Apple iPod, the iPhone has 4GB or 8GB of storage and it runs on OS X. To your disappointment, the iPhone is not a 3G phone but a phone with Quad-band support.

SanDisk announced its new Sansa Connect MP3 Player. The Sansa Connect features a 2.2-inch TFT LCD screen, Wi-Fi Connectitivy, 4GB of built-in memory, a microSD card slot, and USB 2.0.

In keeping with SanDisk’s mantra of offering the consumer choice, the Sansa Connect player is designed to work seamlessly with a wide range of popular music formats such as MP3 and Windows Media Audio (WMA) in both unprotected and protected files. The player utilizes an open (non-proprietary) digital rights management system that will allow users to purchase songs or access subscription download services from specific premium internet sites. It will support Microsoft PlaysForSure subscription music and is designed to work with Microsoft Vista™ when it ships.

While Samsung’s 16GB SSD flash drive will go mass production soon, Ritek’s 32GB solid-state drive is also coming in the second quarter this year. Ritek’s SSD drive will come in two come in two sizes, 1.8- and 2.5-inch, also in two memory densities, 16GB and 32GB. The suggested price of 1.8-inch is US$169 and 2.5-inch model is US$199.

The upcoming RiDATA-brand SSD will come in two memory densities – 16GB and 32GB. Lin said a 64GB version is coming online this year but the exact available date is not yet decided. Already sourcing NAND flash chips from Samsung Electronics, Lin said Samsung will remain the company’s major chip supplier in 2007, though he did not reveal details about the chip supplier of this SSD.

Panasonic shows us 3 new LCD widescreen HDTV, TC-32LX700, TC-32LX70 and TC-26LX70. The Panasonic TC-32LX700 is a 32-inch widescreen HDTV which supports up to 1366 x 768 resolution, 720p, 1080i, 480p, 480i video in, HDMI with HDAVI Control, Alpha IPS, Motion Picture Pro, and a SD card slot.

The TC-32LX70 supports 720p, 1080i, 480p, 480i video in HDMI with HDAVI Control, 1366 x 768 display capability.

The Panasonic TC-26LX70 is a 26-inch model which supports 720p, 1080i, 480p, 480i video in HDMI with HDAVI Control, 1366 x 768 display capability.

The TC-32LX700 will be available in March while the other two will be available in April.

Dell has a new gaming desktop,  XPS 710 H2C Edition. The base model of the Dell XPS 710 H2C Edition features an Intel Core Extreme QX6700 quad-core processor factory overclocked to 3.2 GHz, 4 GB 667MHz DDR2 RAM, Dual 160 GB 10,000 RPM hard drives and 2 NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX graphics cards. It will come with Dual optical drives, a Dell UltraSharp 2007WFP 20-inch widescreen LCD monitor. The Dell XPS 710 H2C edition runs on Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005 OS.

The Dell XPS 710 H2C edition starts at $5,499 and it is now available worldwide.

Dell E228WFP is a 22-inch widescreen LCD monitor. It has a maximum resolution of 1680 x 1050, DVI-HDCP ready connectivity, 5ms response time. It is now available in US for $329.

Dell shows its new UltraSharp 2707WFP 27-Inch Widescreen LCD monitor. The Dell UltraSharp 2707WFP has a maximum resolution of  1920 x 1200, 6 ms response time5, 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The 2707WFP LCD monitor has an integrated 9-in-2 media card reader and four USB 2.0 ports.

The LCD monitor is now available with a price of $1399.
