The Cowon A3 has a 2.5-inch TFT-LCD touchscreen, a built-in DMB tuner, FM tuner, an SD/MMC card slot, and 2GB/4GB of capacity.
Cowon Q5 has a similar look to Cowon N2 and features a 5-inch TFT LCD screen, T-DMB TV tuner, HSPDA connectitity. It runs Windows CE 5 OS.

Sharp shows us its 1/2.5-inch 8.28 Megapixel CCD sensor which is probably the world’s smallest. Sharp is “using the 1.75 μm x 1.75 μm pixel cell, which is claimed as is the industry’s smallest class,” to make it. The smaller CCD sensor means we are going to get smaller mobile devices.
it plans to start shipping the 10- x 10- x 3.5-millimeter sample packages later next week, while volume production of the ¥4,000 ($33) sensors are scheduled
Samsung likes to break record. We have seen the Trace SGH-T519, SGH-A727, SGH-X820 ultra slim phones, but Samsung say they are not thin enough and thus Samsung shows us its Ultra Edition 5.9 (there are no official name yet) which is as thin as 5.9mm. In the thin body, the Samsung Ultra 5.9 has a 3 Megapixel (Amazing!), Media player, Bluetooth and 80MB of internal memory.
It is expected to hit the market in March this year.

LaptopMag has reviewed the Dell Latitude ATG D620 Laptop, “the Dell’s first semi-rugged notebook”.
The Dell Latitude ATG D620 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM(MAX 4GB), Intel GMA 950 graphics. The laptop has a 14.1-inch LCD screen with 1280×800 resolution, WiFi 802.11a/b, Bluetooth InfraRed and it supports EV-DO.

KDDI au shows us it MEDIA SKIN Mobile Phone. The MEDIA SKIN features a 2.4-inch 260k color 240×320 LCD screen with 10,000:1 contrast ratio, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, a microSD supporting up to 2GB of memory cards. It measures 50×110×13.1mm for 105g.

KDDI au has also this W51SA phone from Sanyo. The KDDI au Sanyo W51SA features a 2.6-inch 240×320 LCD screen, 1GB of internal memory, a 2 Megapixel camera, a microSD slot, InfraRed. It supports SD-Audio as well as SD-Video and the LISMO, FeliCa services.
The Sanyo W51SA measures 51×105×21mm for 146g.

Sharp shows its new W51H mobile phone for KDDI au. The KDDI au Sharp W51SH looks like the Softbank/Sharp’s 911SH we have seen before.
The W51SH has a 3-inch AQUOS ASV LCD screen, a 2 Megapixel camera. It supports TV-Out, Felica payment system and has a microSD slot.
