Toshiba MQ01ABD Series 2.5-inch 1TB Hard Drive

Toshiba announced its new MQ01ABD Series 2.5-inch hard drive with up to 1TB capacity in an industry-standard 9.5mm high form factor. The new drive uses the new 500GB/platter technology with an industry-leading areal density of 744Gb/inch. The 2.5-inch hard drive has a 5400RPM rotational speed, 12ms average seek time and 8MB buffer memory.
