July 29th, 2008 by Sze | No Comments | Filed in Peripherals and AccessoriesHotHardware has reviewed the nVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT a mainstream graphic card. The nVIDIA GeForce features a core clock speed of 500MHz and a Shader clock speed of 1400MHz, 256MB/512MB GDDR3 RAM, 8.8GTps texture fill rate. The GeForce 9500 GT offers DisplayPort, two dual-link DVIs, a TV-Out and HDMI support.
HotHardware’s comments:
In the end though, perhaps now more than ever, consumers need to be vigilant of graphics card pricing. In the last few weeks alone, the landscape has changed considerably, so something what is a great buy today, may not be quite as competitive tomorrow. As for the GeForce 9500 GT specifically, if street prices settle at or below the $80 range, it should be a rather compelling product for mainstream consumers.
