In fact, the H30 looks just like the ZR100 and offers similar features, but lacks high-speed shooting capability. Instead of back-illuminated CMOS used on ZR100, the H30 sports a 16.1 Megapixel CCD image sensor. It gets the same 12.5x optical zoom lens with 24mm wide angle and uses the Single Frame SR Zoom to extend the zoom range to 18.8x.
