Motorola officially introduced in China its MOTO MT710, which is the company’s first smartphone for China Mobile. The MT710, a Droid/Milestone-like device, runs China Mobile’s Android-based OPhone platform and supports TD-SCDMA 3G network and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks.

Dell officially announced its Mini 3i (aka Mini3) smartphone running China Mobile’s Android-based Open Mobile System (aka OPhone), which according to PC maker, is “the world’s smallest Dell”.
