Altec Lansing announced the MIX BOOMBOX iMT810 digital boombox with integrated dock for iPhone and iPod. As the successor to the iMT800, the new model has an aggressive design and offers “epic bass”. Its “design retains a functional yet industrial appearance with brushed aluminum accents and grips.”

Altec Lansing MIX iMT800 Boombox

Altec Lansing presents the MIX iMT800 boombox for iPhone and iPod. The MIX is basically an iPod/iPhone speaker system with dual 1-inch horn-loaded polypropylene tweeters for smooth, wide dispersion, dual 3-inch mid-range drives for delivering “towering volume and perfect clarity”; and a XdB bass-enhanced 5.25-inch side-fring subwoofer and a 5.25-inch passive radiator for formidable bass.
