Apple refreshes its MacBook Air line with new Sandy Bridge processor, Thunderbolt I/O and a backlit keyboard. It comes pre-loaded with new Mac OS X Lion. The MacBook Air comes in 11-inch and 13-inch models and has a durable aluminum unibody enclosure measures an incredibly thin 0.11-inches at its thinnest point and 0.68-inches at its thickest.

Apple MacBook Air get updated – new 11-inch model, slimmer, lighter

Apple introduces its all-new MacBook Air, which is now available in 11-inch and 13-inch models and is now now even lighter and even thinner. The new MacBook Air (Fall 2010) measures just 0.11-inches at its thinnest point and 0.68-inches at its thickest, and weighs just 2.3 pounds for the 11-inch model and 2.9 pounds for the 13-inch.

Apple MacBook Air now has NVIDIA Graphics

While the MacBook and MacBook Pro get an all new design, Apple updates the MacBook Air to include the advanced NVIDIA GeForce 9400M integrated graphics. The 1.6GHz model has 2GB of memory and a 120GB hard drive while the 1.86GHz model gets 2GB of memory and a 128GB Solid State Drive. They are priced at $1499 and $2499 respectively.

Apple announces also the the new MacBook. The new MacBook looks like a smaller MacBook Pro. They both have aluminum unibody enclosure that are made from a single piece of aluminum. Of coursem it does have the new Multi-touch button-less glass trackpad and the LED-backlit 13.3-inch display.

Apple announces its new MacBook Pro notebook that comes with a aluminum unobody enclosure made from a single piece of aluminum. The new MacBook Pro now gets the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M integrated and 9600M GT with 512MB dedicated graphic cards and allows users to switch between them.

The new MacBook Pro has also a new glass multi-touch trackpad that comes with no buttons. Two models are available, one gets a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB of RAM, 160GB HDD and the other has a 2.53GHz processor, 4GB of RAM and 320GB hard drive. The 2.4GHz model is priced at $1999 and the 2.53GHz model at $2499. You also have the option to replace hard drive with up to 128GB SSD.

MacBook Touch coming in Q4?

At Apple’s financial result conference, other than announcing the financial figures, Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple, also hinted “product transistion, by suggesting that Apple is “busy finishing several more wonderful new products to launch in the coming months.”
According to MacDailyNews, one of the wonderful new products will be the MacBook touch.

The MacBook touch is rumored to get a multi-touch screen, slot-loading SuperDrive, GPS.
