Dell shows a new MP3 player with SlideShow support. You can plug the MP3 player into a dock in your laptop and it can then be used as a SlideShow display just like the small screen in the Asus W5Fe laptop computer.

The Dell MP3 player comes with 1 GB of memory, a touchsensitive screen and support for Bluetooth.

Asus announced the Asus W5Fe, world’s first Slideshow SideShow laptop PC. The Asus W5Fe is world’s first notebook computer to have a cutting-edge SideShow, external auxiliary display on the LCD cover, and the slideshow LCD is a 2.8″ QVGA TFT LCD and comes with 1GB of NAND Flash.

The laptop is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 1536 MB of DDR2 RAM, 80/120/160 GB of Hard drive.

Asus W5Fe has also a 12.1-inch WXGA LCD screen, WiFi 802.11a/b/g, BluetoothV2.0+EDR and a 1.3 Megapixel camera.

Asus has released in Taiwan its new mobile phone, the Z801. The Asus Z801 features a 260k color 240 x 320 pixels TFT LCD screen, a 260k color 128 x 128 pixels subscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera, built-in media player supporting H.263 / MPEG4 (3GP) video and MP3 / AAC / WAV / AMR music files and support for voice recognition. The phone has also a microSD slot, FM Radio and Bluetooth 1.2 with A2DP and USB connectivities.

The Asus Z801 measures 92 x 46 x 23.5 mm for 110g and it is bow available in Taiwan with the price of 16,800 Taiwan Dollars.

I have mentioned the Asus S6F luxury notebook, quite a long time before. Here is a video hand-on on the Asus S6F lxury. It is powered by a 1.6-GHz Intel Core Duo L2400 low-voltage processor, 1GB of DDR2 memory. It has a 11-inch WXGA anti-glare screen, a100GB hard drive, a DVD Super Multi drive, 802.11 a/b/g Wi-Fi.

I have mentioned the Asus R2H UMPC before, it is a UMPC running Windows. Actually, the Asus R2H UMPC can runs also the Mac OS X. Igor has managed to install the Mac OS X 10.4.7 to the R2H.
