Sony announced two portable BRAVIA TVs, XDV-D500 and XDV-G200. Both of the mobile BRAVIA supports 1Seg digital TV reception and FM/AM radio tuner.

BRAVIA XDV-D500 has a 3-inch LCD screen, 2GB of internal memory, TV show recording.

XDV-G200 is a less advanced model in the size of a business card. It has a 2-inch LCD screen and comes with NO internal memory.

Both devices will be released in 10th April in Japan. G500 is priced at 37,800Yen while G200 at 29,800Yen.

Sony announced the new portable Bravia B4000 Series of LCD TVs. Available in 20-inch, 23-inch and 26-inch, the B4000 series offers 2 HDMI inputs and has an integrated digital TV tuner that can receive DVB-T digital TV.
