The 14.1 Megapixel camera features Canon’s DIGIC 4 image processor and offers manual-shooting capabilities, such as aperture priority and shutter priority for optimal artistic control. It gets a large 3-inch LCD display for easy viewing.

Canon PowerShot SD4500 IS with 10x Optical Zoom front

Canon launches the new PowerShot SD4500 IS (aka IXUS 1000 HS in Europe and IXY 50S in Japan) compact digital camera. The new digicam features a 10 Megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor and 10x optical zoom with Optical Image Stabilization, which is a huge step forward from 3.8x of its predecessor, SD4000 IS. The SD4500 IS is said to be the thinnest 10x optical zoom digital camera. It is also the first Digital ELPH camera to support Full HD 1080p video recording.
