Ricoh announced the new GX200 digital camera, which is the successor of the Caplio GX100. Ricoh GX200 is a 12.1 Megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. It can do 24mm Wide angle and 1cm macro. It supports ISO sensitivity up to 1600,  and has integrated flash and CCD-shift-type image stabilizer.

The “GX200 has an internal electronic leveller which lets you view the horizontal or vertical indicator while watching the LCD display.” It has 54MB internal memory and supports SDHC memory cards up to 16GB. GX200 comes with a 2.7-inch LCD display.

Ricoh announced the new Caplio RR770 digital camera. Ricoh Caplio RR770 is a 7.1 Megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom, a large 3-inch LCD display, 32MB internal memory and a SD card slot.

PhotographyBlog has a review on the Ricoh Caplio R7 digital camera. Ricoh Caplio R7 is a 8 Megapixel camera with 7.1 optical zoom, 4.8x digital zoom, an ISO rating up to 1600, and a 2.7-inch LCD display.

The R7 can record 640 x 480 video at 30fps in AVI format. It has 24MB internal memory and support SD/SDHC/MMC memory cards.

Ricoh announced its new Caplio GX100 digital camera with the Smooth Imaging Engine II. The Ricoh Caplio GX100 has a 10 Megapixel image sensor, 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zooom, ISO sensitivity up to 1600.
The Caplio GX100 has a 2.5-inch LCD display and it can record movie in 640×480 at 30fps. GX100 has 26MB internal memory and it supports SD cards up to 2GB and SDHC up to 4GB.

The Ricoh Caplio GX100 will be available from 20 April in Japan.

Ricoh has announced the Caplio R6 which is the world’s thinnest digital camera with 28mm Wide-Angle and 7.1x Optical Zoom.

The RICOH Caplio R6 has a 7.4 Megapixel CCD image sensor, image stabilization with CCD-Shift, 4.8x digital zoom, ISO sensitivity up to 1600 and a 2.7-inch LCD screen. The R6 can capture video up to 640×480 resolution at 30 in AVI format.

It has 54MB internal memory and a SD card slot supporting also MMC and SDHC. The RICOH Caplio R6 measures 99.6 x 55 x 23.3 mm and weights 135g.
