Casio announced the new EX-G1, which is the first model in the company’s new EXILIM G line. The G1 is shock-resistant, waterproof, dustproof digital camera and measures just 0.78-inch, making it the world’s slimmest shock-proof camera.

Casio announced in Japan the new HIGH-SPEED EXILIM EX-FH25 and EX-FC150 digital cameras that serves as successor to the EX-FH20 and EX-FC100. Casio’s new cameras are both equipped with a 10 Megapixel backlit CMOS image sensor and are capable of 1000fps high speed shooting (but at 224×64 resolution).

Casio announced in Japan its latest camera, HIGH-SPEED Exilim EX-FS10S, which is designed to make you a better golfer. The FS10S comes with built-in software to analyze your posture and then improve your swing by better placing your elbow, arms or head.

Casio UK announced the new Exilim EX-Z33 entry-level digital camera that comes with the Best Shot function that can be programmed to automatically adjust to the scene being shot. The 10 Megapixel EX-Z33 features a 3X optical zoom lens and a 2.5-inch LCD display.

In addition to the Z450 and Z90, Casio brings to Europe the new Exilim Zoom EX-Z280, the successor of the EX-Z270. The 12 Megapixel Z280 features 4x optical zoom lens with 26mm wide angle, CCD-shift image stabilization, Exilim Engine 4.0, ISO up to 3200, and a 2.7-inch LCD screen.

Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z450 digital camera

Casio announced in Japan two new Exilim Zoom cameras, the EX-Z450 and EX-Z90 to replace the Z400 and Z80. Both new digicams come with a simple, stylish design and available in multiple colors. Both new camera is able to do 1280×720p HD video recording and four-shots-per-second high-speed shooting at 1600×1200 resolution.

Other than the Z80, Casio and Sanrio have partnered to create another Hello Kitty camera, the Casio Exilim EX-Z2 Hello Kitty 35 Year Anniversary Edition. The Exilim EX-Z2 is a 12.1 Megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom, a 2.7-inch LCD display and 4x digital zoom.

Casio introduces a new super zoom digital camera, the EXILIM Hi-Zoom EX-H10 offering 10z optical zoom. The EXILIM EX-H10 has a 12.1 Megaixel CCD sensor, a 3-inch LCD display, 24mm wide angle and EXILIM 4.0 image processor.

The Exilim EX-FC100 is a unique camera, combining a well-made and nicely designed high-performance ultra-compact with HD video capability and some entertaining and potentially useful high-speed shooting and video recording functions. There’s no doubt that the 30fps continuous mode could be useful for action photography, but the HS video is a bit of a novelty gimmick with resolution too low to be genuinely useful. It’s also a very expensive camera.
