Bill Gates shows OQO model 02 UMPC at the CES. The OQO model 02 UMPC has a VIA C7M ULV 1.2 GHz or 1.5GHz processor, 512MB or 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 30GB or 60GB hard drive. The OQO 02 comes with a 5-icch VGA LCD touchscreen, a new ergonomic backlit keyboard, EV-DO, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR and A2DP support. Model 02 runs Windows Vista.

It has also HDMI output for connectivity to HDTV, VGA output, “DisplaySense for detection and recall of external display settings”.

OQO 02 measures 5.6″ x 3.3″ x 1.0″ for 1.0 lb and it will come with a docking station. The OQO 02 is now available with a price starting at $1,500.

Casio announced the EXILIM Hi-ZOOM EX-V7 which is the world’s smallest 7 7X optical digital camera. The Casio EXILIM Hi-ZOOM EX-V7 is a 7 Megapixel camera and it features Anti Shake DSP,EXILIM Engine 2.0 image processor and you can record high quality video in H.264 format.
The EX-V7 supports SDHC, SD and MMC memory cards and it has 11.6mb internal memory.
The camera measure 2.35×3.76×0.98. It will hit store in March with a suggested price of $399.99.

Nokia announced the 6131 mobile phone with NFC support. The Nokia 6131 has a 1.3 Megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom, built-in Music player, FM Radio, Bluetooth and a microSD slot.

The Dell MP3 player comes with 1 GB of memory, a touchsensitive screen and support for Bluetooth.

Motorola has announced it latest phone the MOTORIZR Z6. The Motorola MOTORIZR Z6 features a 2-inch 320 x 240 TFT display, a 2 Megapixel camera with light, built-in media player supports Windows WMAv10 plus Janus DRM, MP3, AAC, AAC+, AAC+ enhanced music files and MPEG 4 3GPP, h.263 video files.

The MOTORIZR runs on a new Linux operating system that incorporates kJava and it has 64MB of internal memory and a microSD slot supports up to 2GB of microSD cards.It supports USB 2.0 connectivity.
