China Telecom is launching the Samsung Galaxy S II DUOS SCH-i929, a dual-network variant of the Galaxy S II. The phone supports both CDMA EVDO Rev.A and GSM mobile networks and is capable of dual-standby. The i929 is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM and runs Android 2.3 with TouchWiz 4.0 user interface.

Sprint unveils two new Android smartphones with enhanced business-ready capabilities from Motorola, the XPRT and Titanium. Both devices have bar-type form factor and full QWERTY keyboard. The former is Sprint’s version of DROID Pro and is the first Android smartphone from Sprint to deliver enterprise-class security, personal productivity enhancements and international roaming; while the Titanium leverages Sprint’s industry-leading Push-to-Talk capabilities as the first Nextel Direct Connect smartphone built on Android 2.1.

Verizon Wireless and Motorola introduce the new DROID PRO Android smartphone, the latest addition to the carrier’s DROID lineup. The new handset is the first Android device to have a bar-type QWERTY form factor.Optimized for business use, the DROID PRO is global-ready with support for CDMA, GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, HSDPA/HSUPA network, allowing customers to enjoy wireless voice service in more than 220 countries and data coverage in more than 200 countries.

HTC is preparing a new QWERTY Android smartphone for Verizon Wireless and here are few leaked photos. As you can see, the phone has a side-slide QWERTY keyboard and is about the size of HTC EVO 4G. It is said that the phone supports both CDMA and GSM networks and is powered by a 1.2GHz processor.

This dual-mode Android phone is expected to come early next year so it will at least run Android 2.2. More pictures after the break:
