Sanyo adds the new eneloop pro and eneloop plus and their chargers to its line of eneloop rechargeable battery. The former offers 25% higher capacity than regular eneloop batteries while the latter features overheat prevention function which suppresses overheating in case of improper use, making it ideal for toys. Sanyo launches its new Pedal Juice eneloop KBC-9V3U, a rechargeable 9V power for effect pedals. Based on eneloop battery technology, the Pedal Juice is able to power multiple effect pedals at the same time and offers up to 50 hours of continuous, quiet, clean, stable power.

Sanyo adds the eneloop waist warmer rechargeable waist warmer line and eneloop neck warmer rechargeable neck warmer line to its eneloop warmer series. Two waist warmers will be available, the M-size ENW-WW1S-M and L-size ENW-WW1S-L, and the neck warmer ENW-NW2S will come in ivory and black colors.

Sanyo announced the launch of its eneloop mobile booster (KBC-L2BS) and the eneloop stick booster (KBC-D1BS). The former is lithium-ion battery with USB power ports capable of supplying power to iPad, iPhone, smartphone and other USB-powered gadgets. The eneloop mobile booster offers two USB output ports, capable of simultaneously powering two mobile devices. It can be recharged through AC adapter or USB port.
