Sony Ericsson announced the long-rumoured W880(W880i)/W888(W888c) Walkman phone which is the slimmest, 9.4mm thin, Walkman phone from Sony Ericsson. The W880/W888 has the built-in Walkman player 2.0 and with the Bluetooth A2DP, you can enjoy music without wires. It also comes with an 1GB Memory Stick Micro (M2) memory card.

Other features include a 2Megapixel camera, a 1.8-inch QVGA 262k color TFT LCD display, Full HTML browser with RSS, Push Mail, and Memory Stick Micro (M2) slot and you can access the phone as USB Mass Storage.

It will available from first quarter this year.

Sony Ericsson adds J110 and J120 to its entry-level J-seires lineup. The J110(J110i/J110a/J110c) and J120(J120i/J120c) both feature the Single Icon Menu, 96×64 65k Colour STN Display, 16 voices
ringtones. The features are really basic, but making/receiving phone calls is actually enough for them to be a phone. By the way, the J120 has also FM Radio.

Sony Ericsson announced two candy bar mobile phones, the K200(K200i/K200c/K200a) and K220(K220i, K220c).

Both of the K200 and K220 have a VGA camera, a 128×128 65k CSTN Display, Infrared, speakerphone. With the 2 MB internal memory, you can store up to 40 VGA quality pictures. The K220 has one more feature, the FM Radio with RDS.

The K220 will be availble from Q2 2007 in Frost White or Ocean Blue colors while the the K200 will be available in Metallic Black or Light Champagne from Q2.

Other than the K810, Sony Ericsson presents also the K550/K550im, the first Cyber-shot mobile phone to support the i-mode, which we have seen before.

Sony Ericsson announed its new K810i/K818c Cybershot phone, the successor of the K800i. The K810 has a 3.2 Mega pixel Cyber-shot camera with auto focus, Xenon flash and red eye reduction, and has also a secondary camera for video calls(no secondary camera for K818).
The Sony Ericsson K810/K818 feature also a 2.0-inch QVGA TFT LCD screen, Bluetooth, 64MB internal memory and Memory Stick Micro (M2) slot.

The K810 supports UMTS 2100, GPRS, GSM 900/1800/1900 while the K818, which is for China market, has no UMTS support.

KDDI and Sony Ericsson launches in Japan the W51S mobile phone. The KDDI au/Sony Ericsson W51S has a 2.7-inch TFT LCD screen, a 2 Megapixel camera supporting video recording, FeliCa support, 120MB of internal memory and a Memory Stick Pro Duo slot.

It has also LED indicatots in the front cover telling you if you have phone calls or text messages.

The phone measure 48×105×19.3mm for 115 grams.

Sony Ericsson W950i is a 3G phone with 256K colors TFT touchscreen, QWERTY keyboard, 4GB internal memory and it runs Symbian OS v9.1, UIQ 3.0 OS. It supports Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and handwriting recognition.

Sony Ericsson presents the K790a 3.2 Megapixel Cyber-shot mobile phone. The phone has a 3.2 Megapixel auto focus camera with Xenon flash, red eye reduction, Macro mode,scene modes and PictBridge printing support. It has even the video and image stablizer. The K790a has 64 MB internal memory and a Memory Stick Micro(M2) card slot.

The cellphone has a 260k color LCD screen, Bluetooth with A2DP, Media player, support for mobile blogging service by Goolge’s Blogger, and FM tuner with RDS.

Well, i can’t find any difference between it and K800i.

Here is Sony Ericsson’s latest Walkman Phone, AI which would probably named W880. There are not much details about this new Walkman phone. It is probably a 3G phone as there are camera at the front.
It may have similar features as the W850i plus 3G, HSDPA …
