World’s first 300GB 2.5-inch HDD from Fujitsu

Fujitsu has developed the world’s first 2.5″ hard disk drive to have 300 gigabytes (GB) of capacity with a Serial ATA interface. The news Fujitsu MHX2300BT hard drive will be avilable in late February 2007.
The new hard drive will probably be used in those mobile PCs/laptops.
