Genius introduces the new Imperator Pro professional gaming keyboard, which is part of the company’s GX Gaming gamily. Designed for professional gaming, the keyboard is engineered espeacially for the MMORPG and RTS gamers. It features full color 16 Million RGB for backlight and provides brightness switch with four levels of light brightness adjustment. “The backlit key gives you the tactical edge, allowing you to launch assaults and flank your foes even under low light conditions.”

QPAD MK-85 Backlight

QPAD introduces two new keyboards, the MK-85 and MK-50. Designed for gamer, the MK-85, successor to the MK-80, is the world’s first mechanical keyboard offering full N-key rollover via USB. It utilizes Cherry MX Red switches that operate with an actuation point of 2mm and require a pressure of 45g for the key to register a stroke. Using QPAD’s technology, the keyboard allows all the functionality of the board, such as USB hub, the red backlight and the full N-key roll over, through the use of just one single USB cable.

Corsair Vengeance K60

Corsair introduces the new Vengeance K60 and K90 gaming keyboards, both with an aluminum structure to provide strength and durability. The former is designed for first-person shooters (FPS) while the K90 is ideal for MMO and RTS gaming. They feature Cherry MX Red mechanical key switches for more agile movement and faster multi-taps, 20-key rollover, and 1ms reporting rate.

Razer introduces the Battlefield 3 co-braned BlackWidow Ultimate gaming keyboard. The keyboard features full mechanical keys with 50g actuation force, and each key has individual backlit with 5 levels of lighting.

Swedish company QPAD launches the new MK-80 mechanical keyboard targeted at pro gamers and demanding enthusiasts. The full-size keyboard is based on Cherry MX blue mechanical switch technology and features individual LED with four level brightness for each key and switches plated with gold/silver alloym.

Gigabyte has the Aivia K8100 gaming keyboard in its gaming peripheral lineup, in addition to two new gaming mice. Razer announced the Anansi, the world’s first MMO gaming keyboard that shares the same design philosophy as the Razer Naga MMO gaming mouse. Designed especially for MMO gameplay, the Anansi features seven thumb modifier keys giving gamers seven times more commands and abilities over the current 12 ability keys normally accessible on a standard keyboard. It has over 1000 programmable Hyperesponse keys with on-the-fly macro recording and supports 20 gaming profiles with one-button profile switching.

SteelSeries introduces the new Shift gaming keyboard that allows users to alter its appearance and functionality through interchangeable keysets, bringing gamers “advanced customization capabilities that improve the way they approach, experience, and master their game”.

The SteelSeries Shift Base and Shift Keysets are all made with premium plastic and finishes for a superior look and feel. The keyboard has three height levels, extra wide feet and a wrist rest that include rubber inserts to prevent slipping. The Shift Base’s onboard memory allows users to easily record up to 3 layers of on-the-fly macros.

Razer announced its BlackWidow line of mechanical keyboard for gaming. According to the company, the BlackWidow are the real mechanical keyboards that will really enhance gaming performance.
