This is Willcom’s D4 multimedia internet device, a MID powered by Intel’s Atom processor and runs the Windows Vista. The Willcom D4 is also known as Sharp WS016SH.

The D4 is powered by an Intel Atom Z520 1.3GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 40GB hard drive. The device has a 5-inch sliding touchscreen with 260k color and 1024×600 resolution, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi 802.11b/g, and a microSD card slot. The device gets also a PHS (W-SIM) slot. The device has also HD Audio. It runs Windows Vista Home Premium.
