Soundfreaq launches its new Sound Step (SFQ-02) and Sound Step Recharge (SFQ-02RB) compact wireless speakers for iOS devices. The two new speakers have iPad docking station for charging your iPhone/iPod/iPad with or without the case. It also offers USB charging port for recharging USB-chargeable gadget such as Blackberry phones, Android phones, MP3 players, or Bluetooth headsets. They stream music wirelessly from Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Acoustic Research launches the ARS35i, a rotating speaker docking station for iPad. The dock offers motorized 90-degree rotation, allowing users to switch from portrait to landscape at the touch of a button. It is app-enhanced which means it can be used with supported iPhone/iPad apps to extend the functionality.

Philips Fidelio SoundSphere

Philips announced its new Fidelio SoundSphere docking speaker system that combines its Fidelio and the SoundSphere lines to “bring music lovers the ultimate, full-fidelity listening experience”. The new speaker system supports Apple’s AirPlay that seamlessly play music over a home Wi-Fi network from iTunes on Mac and PC, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, allowing users to enjoy music wirelessly.

iHome iDM12

iHome is going to introduce its new line of portablet speaker and speaker dock systems for iPhone and iPad at the CES 2011. The iHome iDM12 is a portable Bluetooth micro soundbar speaker system for iPhone, iPod and iPad. It has a protective magnetic casing that easily detaches to serve as a stand for either portrait or landscape orientation.

Altec Lansing adds to its Octiv line the new Octiv Stage MP450 docking speaker system for the iPad. This is not the first iPad speaker dock we’ve seen, but it is Altec Lansing’s first product designed to support iPad. Philips introduces at the IFA 2010 the Fidelio DS8550 speaker dock that is large enough to acommodate an Apple iPad. The speaker is also compatible with all iPhone models and most iPod models. It also supports Bluetooth for wireless music streaming.
