This is the iClooly, an aluminum stand for your iPod touch (RSJ-ICRT01) or iPhone 3G (RSJ-IPCR02). Designed by Rockridgesound Japan, iClooly can turn your iPhone or iPod touch into a baby iMac with the iCooly. It features features 90-degree pivot joint, tilt, dock-connector and speaker cable cut-out. iClooly costs $47.
