Samsung shows it Samsung’s SGH-F500 multimedia phone at the ITU Telecom World. The upcoming SGH-F500 features a 2.4-inch TFT display, 2.0megapixel camera, 400MB of built-in memory, microSD card slot, Bluetooth with A2DP, a media player supporting DivX, MPEG4, H.264 and WMV formats, and USB connectivity.

It seems the phone support also DMB digital TV reception.

It is called by Samsung as the “Ultra Video Phone”.

Other than the maxx V3, Motorola adds also the RAZR maxx V6 to the RAZR line up. The V6 can be consider as an upgrade version of the maxx V3. The V6 has a 2 Megapixel camera with LED Flash, a 260k color QVGA LCD screen, a 1.5-inch sub-screen, and Bluetooth A2DP. And there are three touch sensitive music key in the front under te sub-screen. Of course, same as maxx V3, the maxx V6 is a 2.5G phone supporting HSDPA. More pictures below.

At the ITU Telecom World 2006, Motorola shows it latest RAZR, the RAZR maxx V3. The maxx V3 looks alomost exactly the same as the old V3, but it is 3.5G phone supporting HSDPA.

It has a 2.2-inch 260k colors 240 x 320 pixels LCD screen, a 1.3 Megapixle camera and it adds a internal camera for video calls. The phone is as slim as the old V3.
