Sony DVP-NS700H DVD Player

Sony will offers in Japan the DVP-NS700H DVD player. The player supports playback of DVD+RW/+R/+R DL and DVD-RW/-R/-R DL discs while CD-R/RW discs are also supported.

Sony DVP-NS700H supports Full HD 1080p output via HDMI connectivity.

Nintendo Wii Hits Japan

Finally, Nintendo’s revolutionary game console hits its home country. More than 3000 people wait outside Tokyo electronics retailer Bic Camera hoping to get their hands on the Wii. Kentaro Watanabe, probably a Nintendo fans, wearing a papier-mache Wii controller, Wiimote,  is one of the first customers to get the Nintendo Wii.
