JVC announced the HD Everio GZ-HD7 which the first consumer full HD High-Definition 3-CCD camcorder. The JVC HD Everio GZ-HD7 can record fullHD images (1920 x 1080i) thanks to the 16:9 Progressive Scan CCD. Fujinon lens is used in this HD Everio GZ-HD7 camcorder. It has HDMI, USB 2.0 and iLink (IEEE 1394) connections and there is a built-in 60GB hard drive for storage. It is expected to hit stores in April with a price tag of $1799.95.

JVC adds the GR-D750 to its miniDV camcorder lineup. The JVC GR-D750 has a 2.7-inch LCD control screen, a 34x optical zoom lens, a 1/6 CCD sensor with 0.68Mpix for video and 0.34Mpix for photo. The camcorder supports both 6:9 and 4:3 formats.

JVC’s Sophisti line is a 3.1 system that works without wires. There are three models in Sophisti line, the DD-8, DD-3 and DD-1. All of them can decode Dolby Digital, DTS, and Pro Logic II. The DD-8 and DD-3 has HDMI digital connectivity with 720p upscaling while the DD-3 and DD-1 can wirelessly connect to your computer and playMP3, WMA, WAV, MPEG-4, JPEG and DivX files stored on your hard drive.

JVC announced its latest Full HD D-ILA video projector which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080, a 15000 :1 ratio for contrast, a 700 lumens brightness, and a 4ms response time. This video projector has a 16x optical zoom and a 200W light bulb.
