The S-XGen UMPC is powered Intel PXA 270 Xscale 520 MHz processor, 256MB of RAM and a 20GB hard drive, a 4-inch 470 x 280 TFT LCD display, a built-in 2.8 Megapixel camera, and a QWERTY keyboard. It runs Windows CE 5.0 OS.

Engadget shows us a hands-on preview video on the OQO model 02 UMPC. The OQO model 02 a VIA C7M ULV 1.2 GHz or 1.5GHz processor, 512MB or 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 30GB or 60GB hard drive. The OQO 02 comes with a 5-inch VGA LCD touchscreen, a new ergonomic backlit keyboard, EV-DO, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR and A2DP support. Model 02 runs Windows Vista.

It has also HDMI output for connectivity to HDTV, VGA output, “DisplaySense for detection and recall of external display settings”.

OQO 02 measures 5.6″ x 3.3″ x 1.0″ for 1.0 lb and it will come with a docking station. The OQO 02 is now available with a price starting at $1,500.

The Toshiba Portege R400 Laptop/TabletPC is powered by an Intel Core Duo 1.2 GHz processor, 2GB of DDR RAM, 80GB of Harddisk drive. It comes with  a 12.1-inch LCD screen with 1280×800 resolution, a 2.4X DVD+/-RW dual layer burner. Toshiba Portege R400-S4931 supports not only WiFi 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth but also EV-DO Rev. A. It has Two USB 2.0 ports, VGA, Ethernet, headphone, docking connector.

It measures 12.0 x 9.4 x 1.2 inches for 3.7 pounds.
