LG is launching in China market a new entry-level Android smartphone, the Optimus Glar E510. Boosted by 800MHz single core processor and 512MB of RAM, the phone runs Android 2.3.4 with LG’s custom UI. The E510 has a 3.5-inch 320×480 touchscreen and a 5 Megapixel auto focus camera. LG announced in Korea its new Optimus Sol E730 Android smartphone which will be released in Europe as soon as mid-September. The new phone is boosted by a 1GHz processor and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It has a 3.8-inch WVGA Ultra AMOLED touchscreen anda 5 Megapixel camera.

T-Mobile announced the LG G2x Android smartphone, which is known elsewhere in the world as the LG Optimus 2X. The G2x is boosted by the dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 1GHz processor and runs a stock version of Android 2.2 OS, meaning no LG custom UI is added.

LG officially announced the Optimus 3D P920 Android smartphone powered by “tri-dual” configuration – dual-core, dual-channel and dual-memory. The 3D phone is boosted by TI OMAP4 dual core 1GHz processor, and 4Gb LP DDR2 memory. It comes with 8GB internal memory.

Other than the Galaxy S 4G, T-Mobile also announced more details of the LG G-Slate 4G tablet device with Android 3.0 Honeycomb. The device, known as Optimus Pad outside the US, supports T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network and WiFi connectivity. It is powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra dual-core 1GHz processor and comes with 32GB internal memory.
